When you order online, we collect:

• Your name and mobile phone number.
• Your order details and any notes you add.
• Payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.

We use the information you provide only to:

• Prepare and fulfill your pickup order.
• Send you order-status updates by text message and, where applicable, a secure payment link.
• Contact you about your order if there is a question.

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box (on our website or by telling a staff member when you order by phone), you agree to receive transactional text messages from Broadway Pizzeria about your order, such as order confirmations, order-ready and status updates, and, for phone orders, a secure payment link. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop you from ordering — we will reach you by phone or email instead.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared. Text-message originator opt-in data is not shared with any third parties. The categories below describe the limited service providers (such as our messaging and payment processors) that help us deliver your order; mobile opt-in information is excluded from any sharing for promotional or marketing use.

We do not sell your personal information. We share order information only with the service providers that help us run online ordering — our messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver order texts and our payment processor (Stripe) to take payment — and only as needed to complete your order, or when required by law.

We keep order and contact information only as long as needed to fulfill your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

You may ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us at broadwaypizzerialv@gmail.com. You can stop order texts at any time by replying STOP.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change.
